NAMLE 2013 Conference Policies

Payment for the Conference may be made through credit card or PayPal. If you are unable to complete payment using one of those methods please contact NAMLE President, Sherri Hope Culver.

Registration refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis up until June 1. Refund requests should go to the Conference Chair, Ethan Delavan along with an explanation for the refund. Refunds will not be made after June 1.

By registering, you grant permission for NAMLE to use your name, likeness, and voice in the conference and for the purposes of promotion before and after the conference. You further authorize NAMLE and its assigns and agents to use, for any lawful purpose, in whole or in part, through any media, any and all photographs, photographic negatives, video recordings, audio tapes, recording prints, illustrations, and pictures of every kind, containing visual images of you; without inspection or further consent or approval of the finished product or of the use to which it may be applied.

NAMLE does not rent or sell conference attendee information, still images or video. Our purposes are to make information available to educators, and for documentation.
